So where is our very own Sacramento flipper Casey Serin lately? And why the interest in him anyway? I must admit, I must have commented on his blog a while ago and have been added to his list of contacts. So every time he does something - like get media attention - I get an email from him.
He's on the Dr. Phil show tonight at 7:00p.m. about "get rich quick" schemes.
I'll be watching!

I have to admit - although following what he was doing was interesting at first, he is getting to be very annoying. The guy can't stick with ANYTHING!!! And he's very good at whining - a lot.
He also kept insisting yesterday on the show that he "made" money on his first real estate deal. He did no such thing - it was a cash-back scheme and definitely not a legitimate way of "making" money. Very annoying.
